Privatization and Family Welfare: A Study on Primary School Teachers in Tehsil Bhawana District Chiniot

Abstract

Privatization disturb the sense of communal and association among teachers. Public schools conventionally adoptive a supportive environment where teachers effectively utilized their available resources to enhance the quality of education. Privatization of the public sector cause many obstacles for students as well as teachers which affect the standard of education. The main aim of the study is to identify the effect of privatization and family welfare: a study on primary school teachers in tehsil Bhawana district Chiniot. The current study “privatization and family welfare: a study on primary school teachers” was conducted in tehsil Bhawana District Chiniot. The study was descriptive and survey type in nature. The study was quantitative type in nature.  According to DDEO, there were total 31 schools in tehsil Bhawana, (privatization scheme) in these schools there were 155 teachers currently working. A sample size of 109 was selected through www.surveysystem.com with confidence level 95% and confidence interval 5. A well-structured questionnaire was developed according to the study’s objectives for data collection from selected respondents.
