This study examines the pull factors driving Pakistani migration to Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries from 2019 to 2024, focusing on economic opportunities, social networks, cultural familiarity, and policy frameworks. Using a qualitative research approach with case study analysis, data was collected from secondary sources, government reports, and statistical records. Neoclassical Economics Theory provides the theoretical framework, emphasizing migration as a rational economic decision driven by wage differentials, employment opportunities, and income maximization. Findings indicate that higher wages, better living standards, favorable migration policies, and established social networks are primary pull factors. Migrants significantly contribute to Gulf economies, particularly in sectors such as construction, healthcare, and services, while remitting substantial earnings to Pakistan, enhancing household welfare, poverty alleviation, and bilateral economic ties. The study highlights the combined economic, social, and cultural impacts of migration, showing how Pakistani workers adapt to the Gulf environment while contributing to regional development and fostering stronger ties between Pakistan and host countries.
